Esse é o mais novo disco do Motörhead que estará nas lojas no dia 29/08/2008, e como sempre que pode o Black Sabbado vem antecipando para os fãs mais nervosos e menos paciêntes esses lançamentos.
Confesso que ainda não ouvi, estou fazendo o download agora, mas em se tratando da banda do "Mister Croquete" com certeza é coisa boa!!!
A formação está fuderosa, com o velho e bom Lemmy Kilmister no baixo e voz de veludo, Phil Campebell nas guitarras e Mikkey Dee na batera. Isso é garantia de lapada pura.
Tambem li sobre rumores de uma tour mundial junto com nada mais nada menos que o Heaven and Hell e Judas Priest. Se alguem souber algo sobre isso por favor fale e mostre as fontes.

LIVING LOUD

O Living Loud é um grupo formado por músicos consagrados e foi idealizado em 2003 quando o baterista Lee Kerslake e o baixista Bob Daisley, que já haviam tocado juntos no Uriah Heep e na banda de Ozzy Osbourne, resolveram reviver algumas memórias do passado.Logo no início se juntaram a eles o guitarrista Steve Morse (Deep Purple, Dixie Dregs, Kansas) e o australiano Jimmy Barnes, vocalista de enorme sucesso na Austrália onde ganhou 7 discos de ouro.Para começar, regravaram "Mr. Crowley" e "Crazy Train", clássicos de Ozzy dos quais Kerslake e Daisley são co-autores. Em seguida, novo material foi composto pelo Living Loud até que, em 2004, foi lançado seu primeiro álbum, auto-intitulado.Nessa época, o tecladista Don Airey (Deep Purple, Rainbow, Ozzy) se uniu ao Living Loud para a turnê de lançamento do álbum e posterior DVD ao vivo.

HUGHES TURNER PROJECT

Glenn Hughes e Joe Lynn Turner têm algumas características bastante parecidas em suas carreiras.Ambos nasceram em 1951, Hughes na Inglaterra e Turner nos EUA. Ambos participaram de grandes bandas: Hughes no Trapeze, Deep Purple (onde tocava baixo e dividia os vocais com David Coverdale) e Black Sabbath; Turner no Rainbow, Deep Purple e Malmsteen. E por fim, ambos são figurinhas fáceis "emprestando" suas vozes como convidados em gravações de músicos renomados como Leslie West, John Norum, Brazen Abbot, Tonny Iommi, Michael Schenker etc ou em álbuns de tributos a outros artistas.Uma diferença é que, enquanto Glenn Hughes é praticamente uma unanimidade, considerado um dos melhores vocalistas do rock e apelidado de "Voice Of Rock", Turner já não goza de tanto prestígio e tem críticos ferozes em relação ao seu trabalho, apesar de sua inegável capacidade técnica.
Mas o fato é que os dois resolveram unir as forças nesse projeto, cujo resultado é para lá de satisfatório, apesar de não apresentar nenhuma novidade. Com um repertório de músicas tipicamente hard rock dos anos 80 e participações de gente como Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert e John Sykes nas guitarras ou Chad Smith na bateria, o Hughes Turner Project gravou esses 2 discos de estúdio e 1 ao vivo.No momento, tanto Glenn Hughes quanto Joe Lynn Turner estão envolvidos em suas carreiras solo e, segundo o próprio Hughes afirmou, não há intenção de que eles voltem a trabalhar juntos em breve.
